The Media Development and Diversity Agency (MDDA) is a statutory development agency for promoting and ensuring media development and diversity, set up as a partnership between the South African Government and major print and broadcasting companies to assist in developing community and small commercial media in South Africa, in terms of the MDDA Act No. 14 of 2002.

The MDDA hereby invites suitably and reputable service providers to submit their proposals for the following:
Office Space Rental
Indoor/Outdoor Plants and Pest Control Servies
Travel Management Services
MDDA Impact Assessment Study
Recruitment and Selection Service for a position of the CEO
Change Management and Organisational Development
Suppliers submitting Bids
Suppliers who submitted their bids: Financial year 2016/2017
Suppliers who submitted their bids: Financial year 2015/2016
Suppliers who submitted their bids: Financial year 2014/2015
There will be no compulsory briefing session. Interested Bidders must obtain full call for proposals and bid documents from the MDDA office: 5 St Davids Place, Parktown, Johannesburg, alternatively contact Ms Faith Morokane on 011 643 1100.

Bid Evaluation Process
The bids will be evaluated on both functionality and the 80/20 preference point system for price as stipulated in the MDDA Supply Chain Management Policy and in accordance with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, including the relevant Regulations. Bidders must attain a minimum of 75 points on functionality (technical capability) to qualify for further evaluation on price.
