MDDA has extended the building lease contract with Growthpoint for 5 years.
The new contract will commence on the 1st of March 2020 and is set to end on the 28 Feb 2025

Bid Evaluation Process
The bids will be evaluated on both functionality and the 80/20 preference point system for price as stipulated in the MDDA Supply Chain Management Policy and in accordance with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, including the relevant Regulations. Bidders must attain a minimum of 75 points on functionality (technical capability) to qualify for further evaluation on price.
